Lillian M. Marquez is an associate attorney at Pechman Law Group PLLC, where she represents employees and management in all aspects of employment law.
Ms. Marquez represents clients in litigation and negotiation of claims for unpaid minimum and overtime wages, retaliation, discrimination, and wage theft before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Pechman Law Group PLLC, Ms. Marquez worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Lois Bloom, a United States Magistrate Judge in the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Marquez also previously worked for several years as a staff attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, focusing on petitions for review of immigration agency decisions.
