Washcarina Martinez Alonzo is an associate attorney at Pechman Law Group PLLC
where she represents clients in a number of labor and employment law issues.
Ms. Martinez Alonzo has litigated wage and hour individual, collective and class action lawsuits, and cases involving discrimination and retaliation. She has represented clients in federal courts in New York and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
Ms. Martinez Alonzo is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the New York Women’s Bar Association.
Prior to joining Pechman Law Group, Ms. Martinez Alonzo was an intern for the Honorable Jose Linares in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and Essex-Newark Legal Services.
