
Mirian Albert is a Law Clerk at Pechman Law Group PLLC, where she represents employers and employees in all aspects of workplace law.
Prior to joining Pechman Law Group PLLC, Ms. Albert served as a Summer Honors Intern at the New York City Law Department. In that role, Ms. Albert defended tort claims against the City.
Ms. Albert received her J.D. in 2020 from CUNY School of Law, where she was Co-President of the Latin American Law Students Association and a Staff Editor and Special Events Editor for The City University of New York Law Review. Ms. Albert worked as a student attorney in the Human Rights & Gender Justice Clinic (formerly named International Women's Human Rights Clinic) at CUNY School of Law, where she represented Afro-Colombian communities in Colombia dealing with issues of land-rights, violence committed against women, and violence committed against Human Rights Defenders. Ms. Albert also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Justice Paul A. Goetz at the New York State Supreme Court, and to the Honorable Margarita Lopez Torres at Kings County Surrogate’s Court.
