Law 360 reported on a lawsuit filed by Pechman Law Group PLLC against Jahn’s Ice Cream Parlor. The lawsuit, brought on behalf of two ex-waitresses, claims Jahn’s failed to pay them minimum and overtime wages, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
The lawsuit follows a similar case against Manhattan ice cream parlor Serendipity 3 filed by Pechman Law Group, which settled in July for $875,000.
