Before joining Pechman Law Group, Rachell interned at the Brooklyn Supreme Court and Catholic Charities Immigration Services. Rachell received her B.A in English with a concentration in Literature and Law, summa cum laude, from John Jay College of the City University of New York. She received her J.D from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2023, where she secured a staff editor position in the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice (Volume 29) and interned for the Kathryn O. Greenberg Immigration Justice Clinic. Rachell is a fluent Spanish speaker.
