Pechman Law Group has secured settlements totaling $980,000 for fifteen workers for Parts Authority and its subcontractor R&J Automotive LLC. The workers alleged that they worked up to seven days and 90 hours per week without receiving overtime rates of at least 1.5 times their regular hourly rates. The warehouse workers worked on average between 6 to 7 days a week, with shifts often ranging from 12 to 18 hours depending on the time of year.

- In 2026, the minimum wage is $17.00 per hour.
- You must be paid time and one half for all hours worked over forty in a work week
- Your employer cannot take illegal deductions from your pay.
- You must receive wage notices and accurate pay stubs.
- You cannot be retaliated against for standing up for your rights.
Parts Authority had over $800 million in revenues in 2025 and is owned by private equity company Kohlberg & Company, LLC. Workers are standing up to ensure that Parts Authority is held accountable for the rampant wage theft at its Bronx Warehouse.
