Cleaners at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Denied Minimum Wage and Overtime Pay

The New York Daily News reported on a lawsuit filed by Pechman Law Group PLLC against the Texas-based company BMS Cat. The lawsuit, brought on behalf of four cleaners at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, claims the employees contracted by BMS Cat were paid below minimum wage and denied overtime while disinfecting areas for COVID-19 patients.
